		<description>Great analogy Kenpo Lane.

I know nothing about NASCAR other than that I imagine there&#039;s a lot of good food and beer available at a race!

I love the image. That post really helped.</description>

<description>Drafting is a very important concept in many sports including swimming and cycling. When toughing through an open water swim in a triathlon drafting allows you to let your main potential competitor expend more energy in the swim portion saving you for the bike.

Competitive athletes recognize talent in each other. If you draft on me for the swim, you&#039;d better expect me to draft on you for the bike. We will synergistically each exceed our personal goals because we inadvertently help each other through drafting.

Raising the bar everywhere!

		<description>Hi Success Warrior!

I love the analogy you make here, and thought both of the examples in nature from a flock of Canadian Geese flying in formation as well as with motorcycle riding on the freeway (this was just the case the other day for me as a car watching a motorcycle driver drove in my draft. I have an MC lics as well and am familiar with it.).

Part of what I like so much with your example here is that by working with the draft of someone, a coach, a mentor, who is both an expert and leader in their field plus with whom we resonate, we CONSERVE energy (mental, physical, emotional) and we all enjoy greater success.

Excellent teams indeed need their captains to lead them.

Happy Dating and Relationships,

<description>We can go farther by teaming up with others who are successful and those seeking success. This is an important key to success. It&#039;s rare to accomplish anyhting of significance alone.

<description>Nascar seems to be a religion to some people! lol I don&#039;t know much about it. Great use of metaphor. I hope to see you in the winner&#039;s circle.

<description>Love your metaphor. It is always a little easier to follow just behind someone else. Reminds me of those geese. They fly in formation and when the leader gets tired they drop back and let someone else lead.
