“America Is Under Attack”
America is under attack were the four words uttered to President George W. Bush that 11th day of September 2001.
Then, Whitehouse Chief of Staff Andy Card walked into a classroom of small children and bent over to where President Bush could hear him whisper the words, “America Is Under Attack.”
I could only imagine the thoughts and range of emotions that immediately ran through the mind of Mr. Bush.
(I certainly can tell you what I felt as I watched the towers fall to a pile of rubble.)
He calmly stayed with the class without alarming the small students or the media that were stage at the back of the classroom.
That day Mr. Bush showed the world class, courage and leadership in a moment of uncertainty and destruction not known by Americans since Pearl Harbor.
Other countries showed support with the most committed country being Australia. John Howard, former Australian Prime Minister says that no attacks since 911 is a tribute to President Bush.
The 911 attacks were caused by19 TERRORIST not enemy combatives as our new touchy – feely politicians would like to say.
They killed thousands!
My great hope is that it never happens again, but the odds are great that it will as America relaxes and forgets.

Hi Lynne,
a wonderful tribute to former President George W. Bush, indeed. NY’s Mayor Rudy Guiliani’s poise and leadership also stand out.

President Bush would have had a lot easier time directing things if he didn’t have the Main Stream Media fighting him at the same time we were fighting the terrorists.
