We all have those days and you are right about giving ourselves permission to get into it for a while and then dropping it. I mentioned something similar in my last post. We are humans and should not repress or deny the things that arise.

Someone very wise and very successful told me once that sometimes when you feel like staying in bed and pulling the covers up over your head, you should do just that! Stay in bed and pull the damned covers up over your head until you are done with it. But like you said, give yourself a time limit.

Hey Lynn, I was having one of those days today. I started getting sick on thursday and fought through it over the weekend while i had my son with me. then today it hit me and i just quit. i didn't go to work and i spent the day feeling miserable and tired.
